Every single item is printed to order especially for you. Because we do not carry pre-made inventory, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizes. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Thank you for the patience that print-on-demand asks for!

Free U.S. shipping applies to all orders over $100.

Printed-to-order items take time to make before they take time to ship.

Processing time: Takes 2 to 5 business days on average to create and fulfill most items. Business days: Excludes weekends and holidays; Day 1 starts the business day after you place the order. Over 97% of orders ship within 5 days.

U.S./Canada delivery: Adds 3 to 4 business days for standard flat-rate delivery after fulfillment. Total door-to-door time typically spans 5 to 9 business days. 

International delivery: 5 to 20 business days for standard shipping depending on the destination region. Total door-to-door international time generally ranges from 8 to 25 business days. 

Delivery dates are estimates based on production and carrier timelines.

🛡️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains the wrong item, we want to make it right!

Email your order number and clear photos of the issue to [email protected].

All defect claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery so we can process the replacement with our printing partner.

How We Measure Our Items:

Our sizing charts show flat measurements, meaning the dimensions of the garment when laid out on a flat surface—not measured around a human body.

Length: Measured from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the garment.

Chest/Width: Measured flat across the front of the chest, exactly 1 inch below the armpit. Tip: Double this number to get the approximate total circumference.

💡 Sizing & Print Disclaimers:

The "Fav Shirt" Trick: We highly recommend taking a favorite shirt from your closet, laying it completely flat, and measuring it pit-to-pit and shoulder-to-hem to compare against our charts.

Manufacturing Tolerance: Like all clothing manufacturers, our printing partners have an industry-standard tolerance variance of up to 1 inch (2.54 cm) on length and width measurements.

Fabric Shrinkage: Depending on the material composition (especially 100% cotton items), a minimal amount of natural shrinkage may occur after the first wash. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
